He lived with his father and mother in a cottage built on a mountain, and he worked with his father inside the mountain. A mountain is a strange and awful thing. In old times, without knowing so much of their strangeness and awfulness as we do, people were yet more afraid of mountains. But then somehow they had not come to see how beautiful they are as well as awful, and they hated them - and what people hate they must fear. Reviewer: skeleczar - 5/27/2008 4:38Subject: oh my god... What the H. is with putting the ridiculous inflections in completely random places CONSTANTLY? It's completely ruined the story. I honestly can't even listen to it. It drives me absolutely insane. I hope to god this woman doesn't go around speaking like that all the time because eventually somebody will rip the poor girl's throat out in a fit of rage. She has a beautiful voice, but Christ, is that ever obnoxious. |
